Remembrance Day Service
The President and the Mosman sub-Branch Committee welcome you to attend the 2024 Remembrance Day Service.
This year the Remembrance Day Service will be held at the Mosman War Memorial adjacent to Allan Border Oval commencing at 10:30am on Monday 11th November 2024. The service will be followed by a morning tea supplied by Mosman Council in the Allan Border Oval Pavillion, L1 Function Room.

Fishing Competition
Mosman RSL sub-Branch extends their invitation to our upcoming Fishing Competition in Mosman Bay.
In partnership with Mosman Rowers, veterans and their families are invited to compete for the biggest catch of the day. A family friendly activity perfect for all kids and a free bacon and egg roll and coffee from the Rowers.

Remembrance Day
Mosman RSL sub-Branch invites you to attend this year’s Remembrance Day Service on Saturday 11th November 2023.
The Remembrance Day Service will be held at the Mosman War Memorial adjacent to the Allan Border Oval commencing at 10:30am.
Would you please advise our Secretary of your attendance and the attendance of any family members and or any of your guests who are attending this event too.
Additionally, if you wish to lay a wreath at this year’s service, would you please make your own arrangements for this and let us know in your reply that you wish to do so.

Lawn Bowls at the Greens
Join North Sydney, Kirribilli, Mosman, and Lane Cove sub-Branches for a social game of lawn bowls. There will be a friendly inter-subbranch competition from 1000 – 1200 followed by a light lunch and camaraderie. All veterans and their families are welcome. Vietnam Veterans' Day
The Remembrance Service will reflect on 2023 marking 60 years since the arrival of the Australian Training Team (AATTV) in South Vietnam (SVN) on the 3 August 1962 and 50 years since the withdrawal of combat troops 1972.
After the Service you are cordially invited to the Mosman RSL Club 719 – 229 Military Road Mosman for light refreshments and beverages. It will also be an opportunity to meet other Vietnam Veterans and reminisce about your service in Vietnam.

HPG Veteran Art for Mental Health
The Headland Preservation Group are collaborating with the artist Richard Lewer to facilitate a unique 2-day artist workshop focusing on enhancing the wellbeing of veterans.
Operation Digger
Operation Digger is a veteran initiative by Mosman RSL sub-Branch member and marine archaeologist, Stirling Smith.
You are invited to this unique event to uncover first hand the forgotten remains of a secret Nazi campsite in Narrabeen.
You’ll learn how to survey and record an archaeological site using special field techniques usually preserved for professionals.
So, if you’re looking for an adventurous way to spend your Saturday, then this event is for you.

ANZAC Sunday Service 2021
The ANZAC Sunday Service will be held at the Mosman War Memorial adjacent to Allan Border Oval commencing at 1500 on Sunday 18 April 2021.
The service will be followed by a march of Veterans from the memorial to Mosman Returned Services Club. Following the march, refreshments will be provided in the auditorium on Level 1 of the Club.
The service will be conducted in accordance with current COVID guidance. Could you please advise your attendance and if you wish to bring and lay a wreath at either or both ceremonies by 9 April 2021 to allow for the necessary arrangements to be made.
